Michael Nye, PA‑C, is a highly experienced Physician Assistant serving patients in Boerne and Comfort, Texas, dedicated to providing personalized, patient‑centered primary care in the Texas Hill Country. Born and raised in the Hill Country, Michael developed a strong sense of service that led him to enlist in the United States Marine Corps after graduating from Comfort High School. Following his honorable discharge, he pursued his passion for healthcare. He earned his Master of Physician Assistant Studies from the University of North Texas Health Science Center in Fort Worth, graduating among the top of his class.

With over 20 years of experience in medicine, Michael has worked in cardiovascular surgery, rural health, primary care, and gerontology, bringing a compassionate and practical approach to every patient he serves. He is passionate about helping residents of Boerne and Comfort achieve long‑term wellness through direct primary care, preventive health services, and personalized treatment plans. Michael believes that quality healthcare in the Texas Hill Country begins with listening to patients, understanding their goals, and providing clear, evidence‑based guidance.

During his service in the Marine Corps, Michael was deployed to Panama, Central America, where he met his wife, the daughter of a U.S. Army service member. They have been married for 28 years and are the proud parents of two sons, ages 22 and 19.

Outside the clinic, Michael enjoys learning new ways to improve patient care, traveling, skiing, fishing, hunting, golfing, working outdoors, and spending quality time with his family in the Boerne and Comfort area.
